Where We Ship

Billsoul ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders ship from within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time

After processing, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 4–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, severe weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden charges.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us right away; we can change the address only before the order has shipped. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your order date, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. If a package is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
